Shipping & Refunds
SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Once you have placed an order, please allow 2-5 days for processing before your item is shipped, (In most cases it will be within two days).
Shipping time:
Sunday Rain Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. Once items are shipped , USPS is responsible for those packages.
RETURNS POLICY
Sunday Rain Boutique does not issue refunds, but will gladly exchange eligible items for store credit.
Returns: After 14 days, items will not be eligible for return. If items are shipped to us outside of return window, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return item back to the customer.
Items eligible for return must be in perfect condition, (no make-up stains, cigarette smell, signs of wear, no signs of being washed, no animal hair, tears, stains, etc.) All sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return. Sorry, but no exceptions will be made to our return policy.
Exchanges: If an item was bought in the wrong size or color, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item for a different size/color. If you need a different size/color, ship the item to Sunday Rain Boutique P. O. Box 171 Heavener, OK 74937. We will issue you store credit once the item is received. Then you may purchase the correct size/color with the store credit.
Items not accepted for return: Holiday or seasonal items, hair accessories, hats, sunglasses, jewelry, and sale or discounted items.
Damages: If you receive an item that has a tear, stain, or other defect, you must contact us within two days of receiving the item. You must include a photo of the damaged item in the email. Emails that do not include a photo will not be considered for a return.
