From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging takes place within the first two days. Then the postal service process the orders, which takes an additional day
Shipping time: This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from SRB to the destination. Shipping will take around 3-5 days to reach customers within the United States, 7-14 days to destinations outside the US.
What happens if I order more than one item?
Items will arrive together.
Can I return my items?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately the item is not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received iit with tags still attached. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.
